Hi all,

started Hot Yoga at Absolute Sanctuary on Ko Samui on last Sunday,
it's the fourth day today and had a morning class Pranayama, Meditation, followed by a Detox Yoga Session and feel fantastic!

On the first day I took a Hot Yoga (Birkram Chaudury) class for Starter's and phew.....it blew me away!

It is as rewarding as it is very demanding! I take it easy after having a second Hot Yoga Class on Tuesday, which exausted me so much, I had to take a short break!

But as it is only the fourth day today, I am convinced already - I won't give up!

Hello, it's Sunday so I have some time to do some blogging, been really busy, so hardly had any time to keep this blog running, much happened, Songkran, the Thai New Year passed with lots of Water throwing in the streets....

oooopssss... so much time has passed, but so much happened since.. hmmmm lets see how do we get this running again.

Been really busy, high season is, according to the calender over, but we still have a strong occupancy and people start to gather for the coming Full Moon party on Ko Phangan!

The rave will start sometime in the evening of the 20th.

Thinking about going over... but not to the crowded beach,, after all I am looking for some solitude myself.

I focus on the western beaches, lets see..

Rainy Season on Ko Samui

Since some time last week the rainy season, the Northeasterly Monsoon has arrived with full strength on Samui Island.

It reached its peak till now at 25th, October 247 mm have been reported in a single Day!

Many Roads were flooded, it rained buckets, but this is nothing really extraordinary for the tropics.

Rather very common, and besides the annual water delivery.

Busy, busy, very busy these days... very little time to create new post to this blog.
A very challenging new task has come up and I am fully submerged in it.

Some more time and I'll be back!
